NLP and Guided Imagery
NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a model of interpersonal communication, which evolved different therapeutic tools.
This is another method that was developed in U.S.A during the 60's, by the mathematician Dr. Richard Bandler and the linguist, Prof. John Grinder.
They studied four very successful scientists in their respective fields, out of the need to understand what are the principles of a successful therapeutic intuition. They outlined a number of guiding principles relating to the senses that the person activates, the language that he uses, and the reprogramming of the subconscious software.
Over time, the number of techniques increased and the tool was refined, so it is also used in business, management, negotiations, and even in sports, as a support and empowerment for athletes.NLP enables training and expansion of behavioral and mental flexibility, and consequently creates an easier adaptation to emotional states. It is a tool that encourages problem solving in a short time, by defining an achievable goal clearly at the beginning of the process and by using the inexhaustible power of the imagination.
How the meeting is conducted?
We start with a conversation and focus on the goal that we want to achieve. The work is done occasionally in a sitting position and sometimes when lying down. After that, we enter the client into a light trance, so that his sub-consciousness is more accessible and then we continue by using different techniques, depending on our goal.
Who and when is it meant for?
It is meant for deepening the connection between the consciousnesses's to the sub-consciousness, increasing the freedom of choice in the creation of our daily reality.
For deep meetings with the child inside us and healing scars from early childhood traumas, that continues to bind the present.
To treat the emotional states of depression and numbness, panic attacks and other emotional overflows.

To change beliefs and emotions that is not beneficial to the person.
